Late Arrivals

If you know you may be running late, we kindly ask that you call ahead and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we can’t guarantee that we can still keep your appointment and may have to ask you to reschedule.

Cancellations

If you do need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with at least 24-hours advance notice by email only. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours and “No-Shows” will be charged the 50% of service amount.
